Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern the relationship between ZenithSky Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("ZenithSky") and any client ("you") that engages our services.

2. Services

ZenithSky provides premium digital marketing services including digital strategy, performance marketing, brand identity, social media, SEO, and analytics. Specific deliverables are defined in the individual Service Agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your brand and goals
• Grant timely access to required platforms and accounts
• Pay invoices by the due date

4. Payment Terms

Retainer fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Ad spend is billed separately at cost. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue.

5. Performance & Results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results but commit to premium quality and continuous optimisation.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
